Design Story

The focal panel is unmissable \Uffffffff the Manchester City crest, ship and rose intact, ringed by a dark band of pale gem-like accents that acts as a frame within a frame. Around it, scrolling gold-toned filigree, sky blue and white ribbon stripes and small football motifs spiral upward, and a navy banner reading MANCHESTER CITY cuts diagonally across the lower third. Below that sits a compact MCFC monogram. It works because the hierarchy is disciplined: one hero medallion, one readable banner, one signature mark, and ornament everywhere else playing support. Sky blue against warm gold is a naturally rich contrast, and the vertical taper pulls the eye from crest to banner without ever feeling crowded.
