Design Story

The composition is stacked like a monument. Wordmark up top, the longhorn silhouette centered as the undisputed focal point, then smaller stamped lines reading AUSTIN, TEXAS and FOUNDED 1883 stepping down the panel. Below that, a low skyline and stadium band wraps the lower body, and a circular crest anchors the base. The palette does the heavy lifting: aged charcoal-brown ground against warm bronze-gold lettering, faux-relief edges catching light like a struck plaque. Everything is symmetrical, everything is calm, and the horn spread gives the panel its widest visual line. It reads as tradition rather than motion.

Use & Experience

On a tall tumbler silhouette, that vertical hierarchy is a gift. The wordmark and longhorn sit right in the front-facing focal zone at eye level, the skyline band circles the lower body so the design keeps working as it turns, and the crest lands where the shape tapers. Negative space around the horns stops it from feeling crowded. Carry presence is quiet, warm and confident rather than loud.
